Voicethread Reflection
Being able to use the Voicethread website was a really cool experience for me. I was nervous about using the program because I was not quite sure how my voice would sound reading the story that I had wrote. The program was not very difficult to figure out because there were instructions on what I needed to do to upload everything. This would be a great tool to use in my future classroom.

Using the Voicethread helped me to discover that there is more than one way to accomplish the standards that the students are required to meet. It helped me see that there are many creative ways that a teacher could use writing in their classroom. I could see myself using this website in my future classroom to get my students engaged in the writing process and to help students who dislike writing learn to like it. The Voicethread website is a good way to help students learn new technology skills and to help them be creative. I think that the Voicethread would be especially useful when producing writing in a content area. Also, the Voicethread could be a great chance for students to collaborate and produce a product together.
